“What a great morning! I have nice warm, (not damp) heat for the 1st time in 21 years!! I cried!!

I was told that my very nice, less-than-ten-years-old two stage gas furnace was not even wired to run in two stages!! It ran constantly (and noisily, for some reason)in cold weather and in the summer.I collected buckets of water in a humidifier that I had resorted to.

I was told that the ductwork under the house should have never been, and was probably the original from the 70's. TODAY......,air is forcibly blowing of the vents! I was shown that I would barely be able to keep the kitchen door closed with the new system running! It was like trying to put two opposite magnets together. I AM IMPRESSED!!!

Perhaps you don't care about my heat and air problems!! I do trust that you care about my happiness and warmth!! Actually, this is my advertisement for First Choice A/C & Heating in Monroe, NC. The man really knows and loves his work is Ken Mulchi(pronounced "mull ki" like the Greek letter chi).
